The aire at Le Puy en Velay is well equipped, though the WiFi was very unstable when we visited, and had nice parking spaces. Water and Electricity are included. However, it was a bit noisy being next to the train lines, and difficult to reach.
The aire at Le Puy en Velay is operated by Camping Car Park, a group who run several aires in and around France. The aire itself is good, though access can be difficult for larger vehicles. Access to Camping Car Park sites requires a membership card which you can buy on entry and lasts forever, you need to use the card to activate services like the water.
Because of the gate access and the price, we kept our car in the large car park just along the road, which was a few euros per night, but was quite frustrating to constantly pay whenever we wanted to leave.
The aire overlooks the town of Le Puy en Velay which does make for some nice sunsets.
