Chapel Lane Caravan Club Site is located in Wythall, Birmingham, West Midlands, and set next to a charming old chapel and surrounded by fields with good access even for larger vehicles. With 118 pitches it is a reasonable size site which has many large hardstanding pitches suitable for bigger vehicles like us.
There are two nice, warm and clean toilet blocks on site, Washing up facilities, water points with many bins, laundry – Washing Machine £4, Tumble Dryer £1 for 15 minutes and a large easy accessible motorhome point for waste and fresh water. There is a dog walking space but it is quite small, there are other dog walking areas off site locally. The road at the bottom of the site can be quite noisy at times but does not disturb sleep.
The location of the site is great with the NEC only 13 miles away, many local shops and supermarkets, beautiful walks and museums within an hours drive. The site is located near major motorways (M1, M6 and M42) making access and getting around easy.
TV reception was great, we were able to pick up lots of channels including HD. Wi-Fi is offered on site but you pay by the hour, we used our 3 connection with no issue. Mobile signal with Vodafone was great and got 4G.
The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
